Ndidi scores again in Leicester’s 5-0 win over Southampton

Leicester City midfielder, Wilfred Ndidi, found the back of the net again as they crushed Southampton 5-0 in the Championship on Tuesday night.

The goal means the Super Eagles star has now scored in back-to-back games for the Foxes.

It takes his tally to four goals in 30 league appearances.

The Super Eagles midfield star was replaced with eight minutes left while Joe Aribo was taken off for Southampton on 83 minutes.

Kelechi Iheanacho was not listed in the Leicester squad for the game.

Leicester move to 94 points and are four points ahead of second placed Leeds United in the league table.

After Ghana’s Abdul Fatawu had given Leicester the lead on 25 minutes, Ndidi made it 2-0 in the 62nd minute.

Fatawu went on to score two more goals to complete his hat-trick while Jamie Vardy also got on the score sheet.
