Fuel Subsidy Removal A Blessing For State Governments

Governor Hope Uzodinma of Imo State has described the fuel subsidy removal by the President Bola Tinubu administration as a blessing to State governments.

According to Uzodinma, the removal of the fuel subsidy has resulted in more funds being allocated to State governments.

“In reconciling the negative effects of the fuel subsidy removal and the benefits in terms of socio-infrastructure, social benefits, and then the ease of doing business occasioned by the provision of the enabling infrastructure, I think it is a blessing.
