Popular Nollywood actor Femi Adebayo in a recent post on social media raises the bar as he set to give out free rams to Muslims as the big sallah known as Ileya approaches.
Even though the Nigerian economy is experiencing serious hardship, actor Femi Adebayo has decided to show the philanthropic effort embedded in him to the people.
Note that the big Sallah known as Eid-el-Kabir is on Sunday, June 16th 2024 as declared by the Sultan of Sokoto, Sa’ad Abubakar. the economic hardship in the country has affected a lot Muslims as well as ram sellers as they witnesses low patronage among the citizens of the country.
However, in his own way of contributing to the society at large, Femi Adebayo via his verified Instagram page today, June 9th 2024 said that he would be distributing rams to Muslims in Nigeria.
He said that through is annual FemiAdebayolleyaGiveAwa he would be given out rams to children between the ages of 7-12 who can recite the last two verses of Surat Al-Baqarah.
Femi Adebayo concluded that entries with the best recitation will be shortlisted by 6pm, June 11th 2024 and the winner announced by 6pm, June 12th 2024.
